Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@accoladeparis.com, stating your order number and your wish to withdraw from the purchase.

From the date you notify us of your withdrawal, you then have 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold. They may be tried on to the extent necessary to check their nature, characteristics and size. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary and this results in a loss of value, such depreciation may be taken into account when issuing the refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns resulting from a change of mind. Customers are free to choose the carrier used to return their order.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at contact@accoladeparis.com so that we can review your request.

Your rights under any applicable statutory warranties remain fully applicable. Where a product is not in conformity with the order, any necessary costs associated with resolving the issue cannot be charged to the customer.

Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are subject to the same statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when purchased online.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or another item, you must return the relevant item in accordance with this policy and then place a new order.

Refunds

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with this policy, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements and issued using the payment method used for the original order.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Withdrawal Form

In accordance with applicable law, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the standard withdrawal form made available to you.

Orders Shipped Outside the EU

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
